Anti-Human BMP-7 (Monoclonal Mouse)

Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human BMP-7. Anti-Human BMP-7-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography. 

Immunogen: CHO cells derived Recombinant Human BMP-7 

Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human BMP-7 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Human BMP-7 (500-P198BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.
